Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Execute end-to-end system testing (UAT, Pre-Prod, Prod) and business scenarios
- Manage on-site implementation: installation, configuration, and data migration
- Provide daily hands-on support for sales and admin teams during rollout
- Monitor system performance and resolve blockers during Go-Live & Hypercare
- Ensure deployment compliance with standardized implementation steps
- Document defect, track resolutions, and ensure minimal operational distruption
Kualifikasi Tambahan
- Diploma or Bachelor degree Information System, or in Computer Science
- 1-3 years of experience in DMS/SFA system implementation
- Proficient in Jira and end-to-end DMS training delivery
- Strong communication skills to bridge distributor and project teams
- Reliable problem solver with a hands-on technical mindset
- Capable of assisting in QA/Testing and implementation monitoring
